Bumped to version 0.1.2:
- Removed setuptools import (was breaking the generation of source dist files,
preventing additional package data files from being included)
- Added a method to automatically find additional data files when generating
source dist files
- Added the author's email + maintainer information
- Added README link to README.rst (distutils was complaining about it)
- Added MANIFEST (autogenerated by distutils)
